Daiei Kankyo Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 43.3% stake in Clean Stage, K.K. from Kyokuto Kaihatsu Kogyo Co. Ltd. (TSE:7226) on February 27, 2015. Clean Stage had net sales of ¥1.035 billion, net income of ¥31 million, total assets of ¥2.376 billion and net assets of ¥1.171 billion for the period ended March, 2014. The transaction is expected to close in April, 2015.
