An unknown buyer agreed to acquire a 5.96% stake in Smoothie King Holdings, Inc. from Kyungin Electronics Co., Ltd (KOSE:A009140) for 2.9 billion on December 30, 2021. As part of the transaction, Kyungin Electronics will sell 5,642 shares in Smoothie King. For the year ended December 2020, Smoothie King reported Total assets of KRW 5.8 billion, total equity of KRW 4.9 billion, sales of KRW 85.8 million and net income of KRW 5.5 billion.
The transaction is expected to close on December 30, 2021.
