Land and Houses Public Company Limited announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was THB 8,632.245 million compared to THB 7,794.026 million a year ago. Operating income was THB 2,085.140 million compared to THB 2,006.865 million a year ago. Net income was THB 2,049.090 million compared to THB 2,201.394 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.17 compared to THB 0.18 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was THB 22,790.590 million compared to THB 22,781.295 million a year ago. Operating income was THB 4,352.928 million compared to THB 5,013.211 million a year ago. Net income was THB 4,788.006 million compared to THB 5,879.578 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.4 compared to THB 0.49 a year ago.
Land and Houses Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in property development. The Company operates through two segments: Real estate business, and Rental and service business. Real estate business segment consists of houses, townhouses and residence condominium projects for sale. Rental and service business segment consists of shopping mall, apartment for rent, hotel and project management. The principal business of the Company is residential housing development, concentrating particularly on single detached houses. The Company mostly develops in the Greater Bangkok and its vicinities, and in other cities in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhonratchasima, Udonthani, HuaHin, Phuket, Mahasarakham and Ayuthaya. Its projects include inizio Suksawat-Prachauthit, inizio bangna, Villaggio Srinakarin, Villaggio Bangyai, Villaggio Rangsit Khlong 2, Villaggio 2 srinakarin-bangna, Villaggio Phet Kasem - Sai 4 and other.
