Landis+Gyr appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Zug, Switzerland - November 16th, 2020 - Landis+Gyr (LAND.SW) today announced the appointment of Elodie Cingari as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Executive Management by the Board of Landis+Gyr Group AG, effective today, November 16th, 2020.

As announced on January 17th, 2020, Landis+Gyr's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jonathan Elmer has decided to retire and will be succeeded by Elodie Cingari, who has been appointed by the Board of Landis+Gyr Group AG as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Landis+Gyr Group AG and member of the Group Executive Management, on November 13th with effect as per November 16th, 2020.

Elodie Cingari will join Landis+Gyr from the Hoerbiger Group, where she was Group CFO and Member of the Executive Board. Prior to that, she spent eleven years working for Alstom and later General Electric following its acquisition of Alstom, where she held several global business CFO positions and played an instrumental role in the integration on the financial aspects, of the Grid business, the Power Service business and later the Steam Power business. Ms. Cingari spent the first ten years of her career in Hewlett-Packard where she held different finance leadership roles. An experienced finance professional with a strong background in the IT and energy industries in complex and multinational companies, she holds degrees from several institutions including a Master of Business Administration from BOCCONI University in Italy.

Jonathan Elmer will continue to work for Landis+Gyr AG as Member of the Extended Executive Management until 31 March 2021, and thus enable a smooth handover to Elodie Cingari.
