Lanna Resources Public Company Limited Appoints Adul Tantharatana as Chairman of Audit Committee

The Audit Committee of Lanna Resources Public Company Limited at the Meeting dated July 13, 2021, has unanimously resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Adul Tantharatana, the Audit Committee Member, as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective July 14, 2021 onwards.
