Profit before income tax from continuing operations was AUD 243,000 against AUD 69,000 a year ago. Loss for the financial period was AUD 318,000 against AUD 277,000 a year ago. Loss for the financial period attributable to owners of the parent was AUD 367,000 against AUD 357,000 a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was AUD 4,675,000 against AUD 3,030,000 a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was AUD 1,208,000 against AUD 1,094,000 a year ago. Basic and fully diluted basis loss per share was 0.08 cents against 0.07 cents a year ago. EBITDA was AUD 5.57 million against AUD 5.42 million a year ago. The result achieved was encouraging despite a backdrop of lower group revenue due to lower contributions from the group's property arm as most of the property development units were sold in previous financial years.
