Lay Hong Berhad Proposes Final Single Tier Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 March 2023

Lay Hong Berhad announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a Final Single Tier Dividend of 0.3 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. The above dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
