Lazydays announced impairment charges for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023. For the quarter, the company reported goodwill impairment of $117,970,000.

It also has dealerships located at the Villages, Florida; Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Knoxville, Nashville and Maryville, Tennessee; Loveland and Denver, Colorado; Elkhart and Burns Harbor, Indiana; Portland, Oregon; Vancouver, Washington, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It also has a service center location near Houston, Texas.
