LBI Capital Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiary companies. The Company's principal business is property development and property investment. The Company has completed the construction and sale of the turnkey management project for I-Hub 2 comprising eight units of semi-detached factories and 15 units of terrace factories. The Company has earthwork on its approximately 34 acres of land in Sg Buloh where it will launch its first phase comprising 140 units of double story terraced houses, 156 units of Rumah Selangor-Ku and 17 units of double story shops. Its investment properties comprise of freehold land, building and parking lot and accessory parcels. Its subsidiaries include LBR Industries Sdn. Bhd., Goldmount Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Indamont Development Sdn. Bhd.
