LeadDesk will deliver a customer service solution to the Päijät-Häme Joint Authority for Health and Wellbeing. Central to the customer service solution for example a modern new callback system. The new system will integrate tightly with the switchboard service.

The overall value of the contract is approximately 1,280,000 EUR over a four-year period. The Päijät-Häme joint authority chose LeadDesk via a public tender.
