Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported negative sales was USD 0.018 million compared to sales of USD 0.057 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 0.754 million compared to net income of USD 0.346 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. The Companyâs students pay for their courses in full up-front or through payment agreements with independent third parties. The Company also provides one-on-one mentoring (two to four days in length, on site or remotely) and telephone mentoring (10 to 16 weekly one-on-one or one-on-many telephone sessions).
