Lendlease Global Commercial REIT Announces Executive Changes

The Board of Directors of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. capacity as manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, announced the resignation of Ms. Chay Suet Yee (Jill) as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect on 29 September 2023. Following the resignation, Ms. Chiang Shu Zhen, Amy remains as the Company Secretary of the Company.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of stabilized income-producing real estate assets located globally, which are used primarily for retail and/or office purposes. Its property portfolio comprises the following properties in Singapore Milan, and Italy: a 99-year leasehold1 interest in Jem, an integrated office and retail mall located in Jurong East, Singapore (Jem); a 99-year leasehold2 interest in 313@somerset, a retail mall located in Orchard, Singapore (313@somerset); and a freehold interest in Sky Complex, which comprises three office buildings located in Milan, Italy (Sky Complex). The Companyâs manager is Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd.
