Lexibook announced on Thursday the postponement of the presentation of its half-yearly results due to changes in its financial management.
The manufacturer of electronic leisure products for children had planned to present its half-yearly accounts on December 22, a date already later than in previous years, due to the disruption caused by the prolonged absence of its CFO, since the end of March.
In order to ensure that the company's operations and accounts run smoothly, the Group has decided to replace the CFO, which means that it will have to postpone the publication of its accounts until January 15, 2024 at the latest.
Listed on the Paris Bourse, the share price fell by almost 4% on Thursday following this announcement.
