--The three companies aim to sell at least 5% of their respective enlarged share capital, which could lead to combined proceeds of around $5 billion based on their U.S. market capitalizations as of Monday, according to Reuters.

--XPeng is also mulling a third listing on Shanghai's STAR Market, Reuters says.
