Liaoning Transportation Investment CO.,LTD. signed a letter of intent to acquire 9.4% stake in Liaoning Energy Industrial Co., Ltd from Shenyang Coal Trade Group Corporation Limited Liability Company on October 19, 2020. Liaoning Transportation Investment CO.,LTD. entered into an agreement to acquire 9.4% stake in Liaoning Energy Industrial Co., Ltd. from Shenyang Coal Trade Group Corporation Limited Liability Company on December 8, 2020. Under the transaction, Liaoning Transportation Investment CO.,LTD. is acquiring 124.3 million shares of Liaoning Energy Industrial Co., Ltd. from Shenyang Coal Trade Group Corporation Limited Liability Company. The transaction has been approved by the Liaoning SASAC on November 13, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the Directors of Liaoning Transportation Investment on November 18, 2020.
