Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), received notice on March 1, 2023, that the State of Delaware Division of Corporations administratively voided the Company's certificate of incorporation (the "Certificate") due to administrative report delinquency and non-payment of franchise taxes. Following resolution of open reports and invoices, on April 27, 2023, the Company filed a certificate of revival. As a result of the filing, the Certificate remains in full force and effect as if never voided, and the Company is in good standing with the State of Delaware.
