On November 7, 2018, Sara Genster Robling, submitted her resignation from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of Lifetime Brands, Inc. and all committees of the Board. Ms. Robling's resignation will become effective on December 31, 2018. Ms. Robling's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company or the board on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.

Its brands include Farberware, Mikasa, KitchenAid, Taylor, BUILT NY, KitchenCraft, Kamenstein, Pfaltzgraff, Rabbit, and MasterClass.
