Natsuo Eguchi, an officer, lender and seller of the Company, Hiroyuki Kosako and Kazutaka Yamamoto, officers and shareholders of the Company, and officers and shareholders of the subsidiary of the Company in connection with the offering and the sale of the underwriter through the purchase transaction. Yota Matsubayashi and Epsimov Co., Ltd., a major shareholder of the Company, will contact the lead managing underwriter for the period from the date of conclusion of the original underwriting contract to August 7, 2022, which is the 180th day after the listing (starting of trading) date (including the day).
