Ligua Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of osteopathy solution business that mainly supports management of osteopathy and other facilities. The Company operates through two business segments. The Osteopathic Solution segment is involved in the provision of solutions to a variety of issues, such as decreased sales, financial difficulties, lack of business strategies and inadequate education systems in management and operation for the osteopathic and osteopathic institutions which are the treatment centers for judo reduction surgery. The Osteopathic Solution segment provides Ligoo POS & CRM (CRM), a patient information management system for the institution and Reseone, a claim calculation system. The Financial Services segment is involved in the provision of insurance agents and financial products intermediaries.
