Smaregi, Inc. (TSE:4431) agreed to acquire Rece ONE Plus business from Ligua Inc. from Ligua Inc. (TSE:7090) for approximately ¥180 million on April 16, 2024. The consideration consists of ¥176 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close on May 1, 2024.

Ligua Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of osteopathy solution business that mainly supports management of osteopathy and other facilities. The Company operates through two business segments. The Osteopathic Solution segment is involved in the provision of solutions to a variety of issues, such as decreased sales, financial difficulties, lack of business strategies and inadequate education systems in management and operation for the osteopathic and osteopathic institutions which are the treatment centers for judo reduction surgery.
