Shanghai Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue not more than 5% of its shares for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 150,000,000 on December 20, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Academy of Environmental Planning and Design, Co.,Ltd. Nanjing University and Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved at the 15th meeting of the second board of directors of the investor.
On April 18, 2022, the company announced that Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. will invest CNY 129,700,000 for 5% of shares.
Lihe Technology Hunan Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of environmental monitoring instruments. The Company's main business is the development, manufacture, sales and operation of environmental monitoring systems. The Company's main products include water quality monitoring system, air smoke monitoring system and environmental monitoring information management system, providing customers with environmental monitoring system operation services. The Company's mainstay are water quality monitoring systems and operational services. The Company's products are widely used in environmental monitoring, municipal, water conservancy and other government departments or institutions with environmental monitoring needs and environmental monitoring by pollution source enterprises under the supervision of environmental protection departments.
