The board of directors of Livongo Health, Inc. declared a special cash dividend equal to $7.09 per share of Livongo Common Stock, conditioned upon the closing of the Merger and the other transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement. It is anticipated that the Special Dividend will be paid on or around November 3, 2020 to Livongo stockholders of record on the October 29, 2020 record date.
