Friendship Automotive Inc. acquired 85% stake in Hometown Subaru and Hometown Kia in Mount Hope, West Virginia from LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:LMPX) on March 30, 2023. The dealerships were renamed Friendship Subaru of Beckley and Friendship Kia of Beckley.
