Morgan Auto Group, LLC agreed to acquire Kia dealership Cape Coral Florida from LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:LMPX) on October 19, 2022. In a related transaction, Morgan Auto Group, LLC agreed to acquire Kia dealerships in Port Charlotte Florida from LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:LMPX).
