TAG Holdings LLC executed a letter of intent to acquired Substantially all of the assets related to LMPWP's Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM automotive dealership from LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LMPX) for $15.8 million on June 9, 2022.
TAG Holdings LLC entered into Dealership Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Substantially all of the assets related to LMPWP's Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM automotive dealership from LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LMPX) on July 15, 2022. The transaction is subject to the terms of the Agreement and is expected to close in October 2022. BofA Securities, Inc. acted as financial advisor for LMP Automotive.
