Loginet Japan Co., Ltd. (SPSE:9027) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares, representing 2.46% of its share capital, at ¥1,998 per share for ¥299.7 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of August 8, 2019, the company had 6,100,376 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 910,305 shares in treasury.
LOGINET JAPAN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the freight transportation business. The Company operates in three business segments.
