Long Time Technology Co., Ltd. (GTSM:6555) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 0.78% of the issued shares, for a total of TWD 10.5 million. The shares will be repurchased within a price ranging from TWD 15 per share and TWD 32 per share. The purpose of the program is to transfer shares to employees. The program will expire on August 1, 2017. As of June 1, 2017, the company has 12,000 own shares.
