This is a company announcement made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules:
QUOTE
The Company makes reference to company announcement LQS 207 issued on the 10th May 2022 in relation to the amalgamation by virtue of a merger by acquisition of Loqus Consulting Ltd (C 45410) by Loqus Services Ltd (C 22589), and confirms that the said amalgamation became effective on the 8th September 2023.
As a result of the said merger by acquisition having taken effect, Loqus Services Ltd, as the acquiring company, has succeeded to all the assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of Loqus Consulting Ltd which, as a consequence, has ceased to exist and has been struck off with effect from the 8th September 2023.
The said merger shall not have any effect on the Company's shareholding in Loqus Services Ltd and the Company shall continue to hold the totality of the Ordinary shares issued in the said Loqus Services Ltd, with the exception of one share which is held by another group company, i.e Loqus Solutions Limited.
