Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX:LLI) acquired 228 mineral claims from Osisko Development Corp. (TSXV:ODV) on December 29, 2023. as consideration, Loyal Lithium issued 1,766,201 LLI shares to Osisko (subject to 12 months voluntary escrow) representing an aggregate issue price of CAD500,000 based on the volume weighted average price of LLI shares calculated over the five trading days immediately before the completion date.

Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX:LLI) completed the acquisition of 228 mineral claims from Osisko Development Corp. (TSXV:ODV) on December 29, 2023.

Loyal Lithium Limited is an Australia-based resource exploration company with projects in North American mining jurisdictions in Nevada, United States and the James Bay Lithium District in Quebec, Canada. Its projects include Hidden Lake Lithium, Trieste Lithium, Brisk Lithium and Scotty Lithium. The Hidden Lake Lithium Project is located approximately 45 kilometers (km) east of Yellowknife Lithium Belt. The Trieste Lithium Project comprises a total of 466 mineral claims totaling 251 square kilometers (km2), located in the James Bay Region of Quebec, Canada. The Brisk Lithium Project is located in the prolific James Bay Lithium District of Quebec, Canada. The project covers six prospects over a project area consisting of 192 mineral claims totaling 98.5 km2. The Scotty Lithium Project covers approximately 78.1 km2 and is located 189 kilometers (km) northwest of Las Vegas and 517 km from Reno in the mining jurisdiction of Nevada, United States.
