The shareholders of Slovenian port operator Luka Koper approved a proposal by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) for the replacement of four members of the supervisory board. Luka Koper's shareholders gave the go-ahead to the appointment of Borut Skabar, Barbara Nose, Jozef Petrovic, Bostjan Rader and Mirko Bandelj as supervisory board members. The new board members will replace Franci Matoz, Nevenka Cresnar Pergar, Andrej Koprivec and Bozidar Godnjavec, who were appointed during the government of former prime minister Janez Jansa.
