Luvu Brands, Inc. announced that on September 13, 2021, Manuel Munoz, Chief Information Officer of Luvu Brands, Inc. (the Company), notified the Company of his intention to transition from his executive officer position to a non-executive position with the Company. The Company and Mr. Munoz agreed that he would continue with the Company as Director, Information Systems, at his current salary and other Company benefits, as they currently exist.
