Luvu Brands, Inc. reported preliminary unaudited sales results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2023. The company's preliminary unaudited net sales for the three months ended March 31, 2023 were approximately $6.9 million (or approximately 2.2% higher) than the $6.8 million recorded in the same period of fiscal 2022.
For the nine months ended March 31, 2023, the company's preliminary net sales were a record $23.1 million, an increase of approximately 15% from the $20.2 million reported for the prior fiscal year.
Luvu Brands, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands through the Companyâs websites, online mass merchants and specialty retail stores worldwide. The Companyâs brands include Liberator, a brand category of products for enhancing sensuality and intimacy; Avana, Top-of-Bed Comfort products and inclined bed therapy products, assistive in relieving medical conditions associated with acid reflux, surgery recovery and chronic pain; and Jaxx, a diverse range of casual fashion daybeds, sofas and beanbags made from virgin and re-purposed polyurethane foam. These products are sold through the Companyâs websites, online mass merchants and retail stores worldwide. The Companyâs various products are offered flat-packed and either roll or vacuum compressed to save on shipping and reduce its carbon footprint.
