Shandong Guohui Fund Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 6% stake in Shandong Financial Assets Trading Center Co., Ltd. from Luyin Investment Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600784) for CNY 14.3 million on October 11, 2021. In a related transaction, Shandong Guohui Asset Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 30% stake in Jinan Shizhong District Luyin Small Loan Co., Ltd. from Luyin Investment Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 28.1 million on October 11, 2021. As of August 10, 2021, the transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Luyin Investment Group.
Luyin Investment Group Co Ltd is a Chinese company mainly engaged in salt and new materials business. The Company operates its business through the Powders and Products Segment, Salt Industry Segment, Textile Industry Segment, Commerce and Trading Segment and New Energy Segment. The Company's salt products include table salt and domestic salt, industrial salt, and bromine. The products are mainly used in edible and food processing, alkali industrial salt, printing and dyeing, and tanning industries.
