M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. Announces Resignation of Leslie B. Fox as Director and as Member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

On August 31, 2021, Leslie B. Fox resigned as a director M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (the 'Company'), effective as of such day. At the time of her resignation Ms. Fox served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company.
