Khanngoen Nuanual intends to acquire 92.46% stake in M Pictures Entertainment Public Company Limited from Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (SET : MAJOR) for approximately THB 650 million.

Khanngoen Nuanual intends to acquire 92.46% stake in M Pictures Entertainment Public Company Limited (SET:MPIC) from Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (SET : MAJOR) for approximately THB 650 million on February 23, 2023. Khanngoen Nuanual agreed to acquire a 92.46% stake in M Pictures Entertainment Public Company Limited (SET:MPIC) from Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (SET : MAJOR) on May 22, 2023. Under the terms, 1,202,130,480 shares will be acquired at a price of THB 0.54 per share in cash.

Transaction has been approved by Major Cineplex Group Public Company's board. Transaction is expected to close on May 26, 2023.Trinity Securities Company Limited acted a legal advisor, Avantgarde Capital Company Limited acted as financial advisor and fairness opinion provider for M Pictures Entertainment Public Company Limited. Kudun and Partner Co., Ltd. acted as legal advisor to M Pictures Entertainment Public Company Limited.
