Macbee Planet,Inc. (TSE:7095) agreed to acquire Net Marketing Co. Ltd. from With inc. for ¥5.4 billion on January 25, 2023. The deal is expected to close on March 6, 2023.
Macbee Planet,Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of marketing analytics services. The Company operates through two business segments. Analytics Consulting business is engaged in the management of Web advertisements placed across multiple media, using the Honeycomb, a data analytics platform. In cost per action (CPA) marketing, it chooses a destination that matches the customer's marketing goals to increase the inflow of landing pages and provides strategic planning and operational support. Marketing Technology business is engaged in using the Web service tool Robee to predict consumer behavior and collect the ways and behavior patterns of consumers entering websites, and to increase the number of inflows to websites. It also provides marketing by improving the creative aspects such as text, images, and videos on the client's Website, and by implementing measures focused on maintaining relationships with chatbots and existing customers.
