Macromill,Inc.(Headquarters:Minato-ku,Tokyo;hereinafter,"Macromill")announcesthattheCompanyhasdecidedtoconduct a share buyback program at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 15, 2023 as pursuant to the Company's Articles of Incorporation, Paragraph 43 based on the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Company Law of Japan. The status of the share buyback program is as described below. This transaction has completed the share buyback program based on the above resolution of the Board of Directors.
