NOTICE TO THE MARKET Independent Auditors Change

MAGAZINE LUIZA S.A. ("Company"), pursuant to article 28 of CVM Instruction 308, of May 14, 1999, as amended ("CVM Instruction 308"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on March 29, 2017, its Board of Directors approved the contracting of KPMG Auditores Independentes as its independent auditor, whose activities will begin on January 1, 2017.

Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes S.S., which was the Company's independent auditor since March 28, 2012, was replaced in compliance with the rotation period established by article 31 of CVM Instruction 308, as well as with the best corporate governance practices adopted by the Company, thus ensuring more auditor independence.

Finally, we clarify that Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes S.S. agrees with the justification presented for the change of independent auditor, pursuant to the consent below.
