The Company has three segments: Development of properties for sales, Hotel business and Rental business. Development of properties for sales segment is engaged in the development of land and houses and residential condominium units for sale. Hotel business segment is engaged in the provision of services relating to rooms, food and beverages and other services related to accommodation and travel. Rental business segment is engaged in the rental of spaces in office buildings. Its projects include MANOR SANAMBINNAM, MARU EKKAMAI2, MARU LADPRAO15, MARVEST HUA HIN, MAYFIELD PINKLAO, MUNIQ LANGSUAN, MUNIQ SUKHUMVIT 23 and other. Its subsidiaries include Major Development Hotels and Resorts Company Limited, Major Development Residences Company Limited and other.
