Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. announced that its board of directors appointed Corey J. Booker as a member of the Board and its audit committee, effective as of August 17, 2020. The Board determined that Dr. Booker qualifies as an independent director under The Nasdaq Stock Market rules and the applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission for purposes of serving on the Board and its audit committee. Booker is the founder, and since November 2012 has served as the Chief Executive Officer, of OnPulse, LLC. In addition to his career at OnPulse, Booker practiced medicine as a maternal fetal specialist at Duke University Hospital from October 2012 to June 2017. Booker has served on the board of directors of HarborPath Inc. At HarborPath, Booker also heads the finance committee and leads a special task force aimed at introducing the organization’s proprietary software to commercial customers.
Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. is an integrated energy services company focused on providing products and services to enable the exploration and development of North American onshore unconventional oil and natural gas reserve. It is also engaged in the construction and repair of the electric grid for private utilities, public investor-owned utilities and co-operative utilities through its infrastructure services businesses.
