For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 44,247 million, operating income of JPY 6,173 million, ordinary income of JPY 6,628 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 4,357 million or JPY 93.20 per share, compared to net sales of JPY 42,325 million, operating income of JPY 5,684 million, ordinary income of JPY 6,027 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 4,037 million or JPY 86.35 per share, a year ago.
The company announced dividend of JPY 49.00 per share for the second quarter ended September 30, 2017 compared to JPY 43.00 per share a year ago. The dividend will be payable on December 4, 2017.
