Mandom Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2016. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 59,432 million, operating income of JPY 7,813 million, ordinary income of JPY 8,307 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 5,643 million or JPY 172.71 per share, compared to net sales of JPY 57,135 million, operating income of JPY 6,820 million, ordinary income of JPY 7,590 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 6,675 million or JPY 285.54 per share, a year ago.
The company reaffirmed dividend forecast of JPY 43.00 per share for the year ending March 31, 2017 compared to JPY 40.00 per paid share a year ago.
The company reaffirmed earnings guidance for the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2017. For the period, the company expects net sales of JPY 76,800 million, operating income of JPY 7,400 million, ordinary income of JPY 7,900 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 5,000 million or JPY 213.88 per basic share.
