Background/Description of the Disclosure
Manila Water Company, Inc. ("MWC") and Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System ("MWSS") signed a Sixth Amendment to the Revised Concession Agreement ("RCA") dated March 31, 2021 (subject of our disclosure on April 1, 2021) setting the Effective Date of the RCA to no later than June 30, 2022.
The only pending condition to effectivity is the submission by the Government of the Undertaking Letter of the Republic.
