Brooklyn, NY, February 22, 2022-- Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of three multifamily properties in Brooklyn, NY, according to John Horowitz, first vice president/district manager of the firm's Brooklyn office.

Shaun Riney, Michael Salvatico and Robbie Ferman of the New York Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listings to market the properties. The team also secured the buyers.

Shaun Riney comments, "We were able to transact with three completely different buyer profiles for three very similar assets because of our team's versatility and our deep nuanced understanding of the Brownstone Brooklyn Markets."

558 Henry Street is in the Carroll Gardens area. The 3,600 square foot multifamily building was built in 1900 and hosts 4 units. The property sold for $2,850,000.

Less than five minutes down the road is 124 2nd Place, a 3,975 square foot apartment building sitting on 0.04 acres with 4 units. The property sold for $3,275,000.

Up the road in Boerum Hill is 158 Bergen Street. The 3,499 square foot building was built in 1856 and hosts 3 units. The property sold for $3,500,000.

Ferman adds, "Each of these properties has distinctive character traits that require the right buyer to unlock their "value" potential. Whether it be through rentals, condos, or townhome conversions. These 3 buyers each have creative and unique business plans to capture that untapped potential. Our continued success in these markets is due to our ability to understand where the maximum "value" lies and convey it to buyers where most brokers cannot see it."
