NEILLSVILLE, Wisconsin, July 26, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a Multi-Tenant Industrial Property, a 75,000-square-foot industrial property located in Neillsville, Wisconsin, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm's Columbus office. The asset sold for $3.3 million.
Joe J. Sparano, Dan Yozwiak and Darpan Patel, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus and Tampa offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
This Multi-Tenant Industrial Property is located at 1605 Industrial Park Drive in Neillsville, Wisconsin. The property is located on a large 7.15-acre site with space for future expansion and is fully occupied with long term occupancy from each tenant. The property had recent capital improvements such as new HVAC systems and fire suppression systems, making the location and space more desirable for both tenants and buyer. Joe Sparano, the lead agent on the deal said, "we were able to achieve top of market pricing through a national marketing campaign and quickly secured a qualified buyer who closed on time at contract price."
