São Paulo, February 23, 2017- Marisa Lojas S.A.(BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3 BZ), announces today the results for the fourth quarter of 2016 (4Q16).

Highlights:

  • Retail Net Revenue and SSS were reduced in 14.8% - 12.0% excluding promotional effect;
  • Gross Margin growing 5.0 p.p., reaching 49.7%;
  • Retail SG&A increased 7.6%, or +3.6% ex-payroll effect;
  • Cash from Operations of R$ 297.2 million in 2016, over R$ 290.8 million in 2015;
  • Financial Products and Services (FPS) again with solid results;
  • Marisa Card with important increase of 5.5 p.p. in share in total sales.
