Maruhachi Warehouse Co., Ltd. (TSE:9313) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 90 shares at a unit price of ¥945 per share for ¥0.09 million. The shares were repurchased following the processing of fractional shares from a share-split.
Maruhachi Warehouse Company, Limited is engaged in the logistics business and real estate businesses. The Company operates in two business segments. The Logistics segment provides warehousing services, cargo handling operations and warehouse leasing services, as well as general freight car transport business and transport agency business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the development, purchase, sale, brokerage, leasing and management of real estates, the provision of consulting services on properties, as well as the rental business of condominiums, office buildings and others.
