From November 24, 2017 to November 27, 2017, the company has repurchased 1,456,200 shares, representing 19.98% for ¥1,269.81 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,456,200 shares, representing 19.98% for ¥1,269.81 million under the buyback announced on November 24, 2017.
Maruhachi Warehouse Company, Limited is engaged in the logistics business and real estate businesses. The Company operates in two business segments. The Logistics segment provides warehousing services, cargo handling operations and warehouse leasing services, as well as general freight car transport business and transport agency business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the development, purchase, sale, brokerage, leasing and management of real estates, the provision of consulting services on properties, as well as the rental business of condominiums, office buildings and others.
