Chandigarh. Date of receipt of direction or order, including any ad-interim or interim orders, or any other communication from the authority: 16th April,2024. The company has received an order dated 1 6t April 2024 from CESTAT, Chandigarh wherein appeals filed by company for period l8 April 2006 to 31 March 2010 in matter of service tax liability under reverse charge basis on certain services have been partially allowed. Consequently, against the
original total demand of INR 115 million, the revised total demand stands at INR 25 million. Even on revised total demand of INR 25 million, the company will be filing appeal against the order before the Supreme Court. As per the company's view, the order will have no major impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the Company.
