(Alliance News) - Marzocchi Pompe Spa reported that it closed the first half of the year with a net profit of EUR2.1 million compared to a net profit of EUR900,000 in the first half of 2022.

Revenues increased to EUR26.6 million from EUR25.5 million while production value rose to EUR27.5 million from EUR25.7 million in the same period last year.

Ebitda improved to EUR5.0 million from EUR3.9 million, with margin rising to 18.4 percent from 15.2 percent, while operating income rose to EUR3.1 million from EUR1.3 million.

Pre-tax profit rose to EUR2.7 million from EUR1.3 million as of June 30 a year earlier.

Net financial position as of June 30 amounted to EUR8.3 million, up from EUR7.8 million as of December 31, 2022, mainly due to the increase in working capital from EUR13.5 million as of December 31, 2022 to EUR15.5 million as of June 30 this year, physiologically related to sales development, but requiring specific sources of financing. The company reports that, on a year-on-year basis, net debt decreased from EUR10.1 at the end of June 2022.

Marzocchi Pumps trades in the green by 0.5 percent at EUR3.80 per share.
